Net Promoter Score Participation

Cognito 3.15 introduces the ability for customers to provide real-time feedback to Vectra on their experience with the Cognito software.

This feedback helps the Vectra product team improve the product and ensure customers obtain maximum value from Cognito. The feedback is sent directly to the product team and will have an impact on product roadmap decisions. The feedback is non-invasive and will appear upon login only once every three months with a request to rate the Cognito software on a scale of 1 – 10 and provide comments.

Feedback is optional and can be disabled in Settings, Vectra, Net Promoter Score participation.
